Customer Support/Success Agent AU
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success/Support Agent to help health professionals thrive - one conversation at a time. In this fully remote role (Australia based) you’re comfortable being a trusted point of escalation for complex cases, a mentor to teammates, and a key voice in shaping how we support our customers. From advanced troubleshooting and high-impact onboarding to driving process improvements and surfacing product insights, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our customer experience. Product Owner - EU - Permanent Contractor - Full Time
As a Product Owner at Zanda, you’ll own the journey from discovery to delivery, transforming customer insight into prioritised action and measurable impact. You’ll collaborate across time zones with Engineering, Support, and Product to ensure we continuously ship value that drives growth, retention, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a high-ownership, data-informed product thinker who balances strategy with execution.
