We’re on the hunt for an experienced Customer Support Agent - who is equal parts problem-solver, people-person, and believes in the value of offering support that’s reliable, empathetic, and genuinely helpful. Whether you're answering a quick question, running a demo, or troubleshooting a workflow issue, your goal is always the same: help people feel more confident and capable using Zanda.
