We’re looking for a Product Designer who can deeply understand complex systems and simplify them into intuitive workflows, while actively contributing to shaping the product..
This is a deeply product-focused role, not just visual design. You’ll be our primary designer, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn real user problems into practical, scalable product experiences.
You’ll also play a key role in evolving how we use AI-assisted design workflows across the team.
Product Discovery & Problem Solving: Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand user workflows, identify pain points, and shape and rapidly iterate on practical product solutions.
Workflow & UX Design: Design and continuously improve intuitive, scalable workflows for complex SaaS features - simplifying multi-step processes and reducing user friction.
UI & Product Design: Translate concepts into clear, production-ready designs in Figma, enabling engineering to build efficiently and with confidence.
Real-Time Product Contribution: Actively contribute to product discussions and PO meetings - providing UX input in real time and helping shape direction early, not just executing designs.
Design Systems & Consistency: Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the platform and alignment with engineering (Storybook or similar).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure designs reflect real-world use cases and are delivered effectively.
AI-Assisted Design: Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and iteration, and contribute to how the team evolves its use of AI in design.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with practical execution, technical awareness, and curiosity.
Proven SaaS Product Design Experience - with strong evidence of designing complex workflows and systems (not just visual design).
Strong Workflow Thinking — ability to understand and simplify complex user journeys into intuitive product experiences.
Strong UX & Interaction Design Skills — grounded in real user needs and practical constraints.
High-Quality, practical UI Execution — confident designing in Figma with a focus on clarity and usability.
Experience Working Within Existing Systems — comfortable improving and evolving products within constraints (not just designing from scratch).
Strong Communication Skills — able to contribute clearly and confidently in fast-paced product discussions.
Proactive Ownership Mindset — identifies problems, drives solutions, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next.
AI-Assisted Design Experience — practical use of AI tools to improve design workflows (exploration, prototyping, iteration).
Modern, adaptable approach to design — open to new tools, faster ways of working, and continuous improvement.
Experience designing healthcare or clinical software
Experience designing AI-powered product features
Familiarity with component-based front-end frameworks
Experience working with design systems (Storybook or similar)
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
