We’re on the hunt for an entry level Customer Support Agent - who is equal parts problem-solver, people-person, and believes in the value of offering support that’s reliable, empathetic, and genuinely helpful. Whether you're answering a quick question, running a demo, or troubleshooting a workflow issue, your goal is always the same: help people feel more confident and capable using Zanda.
This is a remote, full-time role with regular weekend support coverage and plenty of room to grow. We welcome those with real-world experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles - think retail, healthcare, or hospitality - even if this is your first “tech” job.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Supporting our Customers- Chat with our customers via email, phone, and video. Answer questions. Offer calm, clear guidance. Be the friendly and helpful face of Zanda.

  • Demos & Onboarding - Help new users get started, run product walkthroughs, and cheer people on as they learn the ropes.

  • Troubleshooting - Dig into customer issues. Is it a bug? A browser thing? A misunderstood feature? You’ll figure it out and guide them to the right fix.

  • Knowledge Building - Help customers help themselves by contributing to our saved replies, help docs, and internal notes.

  • Team Collaboration - Share what you’ve learned, support your teammates, and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to keep improving the experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a smart, kind, curious human with: 

  • Excellent written and verbal English - friendly, clear, and natural

  • Strong people skills - calm, empathetic, and great under pressure

  • Comfort working weekends and thriving in a remote-first setup

  • A “figure-it-out” mindset and the ability to learn quickly

  • Solid judgment and a great sense of when to ask questions

  • Reliability, self-direction, and that magical ability to stay focused when working solo

  • Strong customer service instincts (from tech, hospitality, admin, retail—we’re open!)

  • Comfortable with digital tools like chat, email, or Google Workspace

  • Bonus points if you’ve used ticketing systems, done live chat support, or worked in healthcare or SaaS. But if you haven’t? No sweat—we’re happy to train the right person.
