We’re looking for a Content & Brand Lead who can turn ideas into impactful content, someone who blends creativity with strategy, and isn’t afraid to push boundaries. You’ll own and elevate Zanda’s brand voice across every touchpoint, creating bold, high-quality content that drives awareness, engagement, and thought leadership in the health tech space. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Zanda is understood in the market, helping define our narrative as we grow.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role within our Brand & Communications team. You’ll work across a global, distributed environment, collaborating with marketing, product, and design to deliver content that feels clear, human, and unmistakably Zanda.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Content Ecosystem: Manage and evolve Zanda’s content across blogs, website, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Innovate with AI: Redesign and scale how content is created and distributed using AI, building systems and workflows that dramatically increase quality, output and impact

  • Own the Narrative: Shape how Zanda shows up in the market across product, brand, and customer communication, translating what we build into clear, compelling, and differentiated stories

  • Become a Brand Voice Champion: Apply and refine Zanda’s voice and tone across all content to ensure consistency and clarity

  • Create Thought Leadership Content: Develop bold, high-impact content that positions Zanda as a leader in health tech and practice management

  • Produce Website & SEO Content: Write and optimize website pages, feature content, and comparison pages for engagement and discoverability

  • Own the Zanda Talks Webinar Series: Own end-to-end execution—from topic development and speaker coordination to promotion and delivery

  • Coordinate Campaign & Lifecycle Content: Create content for email campaigns, nurture sequences, and marketing initiatives

  • Manage Editorial Planning: Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure consistent, strategic output

  • Collaborate Cross-functionally:: Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Design to align messaging across launches and campaigns

  • Manage External Contributors: Coordinate freelancers, partners, and agencies to scale content production

  • Conduct Editing & Quality Control: Review and refine content from internal and external contributors to maintain a high bar

  • Research Content Strategy: Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to continuously evolve Zanda’s content strategy

  • Develop High-Value Assets: Develop guides, reports, and downloadable resources to support lead generation and thought leadership

  • Provide PR & Communications Support: Contribute to press releases, media content, and external communications

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Experience: Background in Content Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Editorial roles (ideally 4–6+ years)

  • Content Craft: Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging, and strategic content across multiple formats

  • Brand Building: Experience developing or maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice and style guide

  • Writing & Editing Excellence: Strong attention to detail with exceptional editing and proofreading skills

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect content to broader business goals like awareness, engagement, and conversion

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, product, and design teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Tooling Familiarity: Comfortable working with platforms such as HubSpot, Trello, Webinar tools, and Google Workspace

  • AI Fluency: Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and workflows

  • Ownership & Execution: Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a remote, global team

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, Health Tech, or working with healthcare audiences

  • Experience managing webinar programs or content-driven events

  • Exposure to high-growth or startup environments

  • Experience managing freelance writers or external agencies

  • Strong SEO and content optimization experience

  • Is curious, adaptable, and always looking to improve how things are done
